The Villa Golden Coral is a luxury three bedroom three bathroom villa in Coral Bay Village located in a pleasant cul de suc and within walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and the Municipal sandy beach of Coral Bay. The villa boasts 2 private pools including a large private outdoor area including a 5m X 10m pool with walk-in steps and a second children’s pool, a private outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge, and a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas. Inside, the villa has a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, a spacious lounge, and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One double bedroom is on the ground floor and two bedrooms including the master bedroom with en-suite is on the first floor. The master bedroom has a balcony which benefits from exceptional views. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Perfect location with bars restaurants close.. Legends on the doorstep is great for food and has entertainment if dont want to venture to main strip ..20 min walk away.. villa is great plenty of space.. only thing is be careful if young kids running in from pool as tiling is extremely slippery when wet.. we put towels at doorways so wasn't so bad ..
Mats at door ways that soak up water maybe .. as a safety measure

After booking the Villa in 2019 we finally made it! Villa is excellent, private and secure. Beach, pubs, restaurants and small supermarket all close by and Coral Bay strip a short bus ride away ( or 15 min walk). Villa is spacious and a great pool a lovely place to relax and enjoy the great sunshine. Big shout to Paul Foxon for maintaining the Villa and for all the information he passes on - thank you. Thanks also to Chris for continuously moving the booking during the Covid pandemic.
3 x small tables to go with the sunbeds would be good. The Rattan furniture outside needs replacing as damaged and there are things that need fixing when the materials become available ( discussed with Paul)

The villa was in a good location, only a 15 minute walk to the main strip, however it was up a quite steep hill so would not be ideal for anyone who was not fit, with local amenities around it, and it was a short walk to the bus stop (the bus service is excellent and is only 1.50 wherever you go so easy access for Pathos). Paul who managed the villa was very friendly, and did respond to all phone calls. Even though we have entered some negative comments we enjoyed our stay and the pool area is great with a large pool and plenty of spaces to both sunbathe and also find shade when required. The BBQ area we used most days, we needed some tools for us to use the BBQ and Paul very kindly found them and dropped them off. I would happily recommend this villa as long as peoples expectations are managed :)
The villa was very tired, when we arrived we found several door handles and bathroom rails either missing or hanging off, when I queried I was advised they would be done when Paul got some screws, they were still the same when we left. Overall the villa just needs a little love, everything is very old and worn. I read a review prior to booking this villa that said the same, however the comments had said it had been refurbished, unfortunately it hadn't. The villa could also do with a good clean, when we arrived the pool had not been cleaned, they said they could not do anything re the leaves, however we could tell they had been in there for a good few days, but on the upside they had left equipment so we could do it ourselves, and the villa had just had a basic sweep and mop and linen change, not what you expect for a change-over clean . With reference to linen we were surprised that there was not a change of linen or towels after the first week especially in the heat, we would suggest they leave 2 sets if they do not want to come in and change as most people change their bedding weekly.
