The apartment, on the first floor of a ground / sky building, consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and small terrace and has all the services.
A few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bars and the port of Cannigione. Porto Cervo and Poltu Quato 15 minutes by car. Principe beach, Liscia Ruia, Romazzino, Capriccioli and other of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda at 20 minutes by car.
In the residence there are bowls and tennis courts.
Possibility to book boat trips, sailing, diving and tennis courses.
Just 20 minutes by car from the airport and the port of Olbia, in Costa Smeralda there are also numerous restaurants, night clubs Pevero, Sottovento, Billionaire, Ritual, etc.

Gaetano è stato un bravissimo padrone di casa sempre disponibile e presente. La posizione della casa è strategica poiché è facile raggiungere qualsiasi località della costa smeralda che non necessita di presentazioni: semplicemente stupenda!
