Lage des Objekts ist hervorragend, kurze Wege zur Altstadt, toller Blick ins Allertal und den Park. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist o.k., hat allerdings teilweise den Charme der 70er-Jahre (Bad und Gästetoilette sollten renoviert werden). Auch die eigentlich schöne Terrasse bräuchte eine Auffrischung.
