Kutny Residence -Chateau Schaal

A tulaj nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. Csendes hely.

Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek. Egy hétvégét töltöttünk itt, az önálló villában. Kora este érkeztünk és a megbeszéltek szerint várt minket a szállásadó. Szimpatikus, kedves, rugalmas, nagyon segítőkész fiatalember. A szállásunk hatalmas volt, tágas terekkel, nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt. Kis terasz is tartozott hozzá. Nagyon nyugodt, csendes helyen fekszik. Nagyon jó választás volt.

It was calm, very clean, reasonably well-equipped and smooth check out.

On arrival, we were greeted by the owner's mother. We had a dog with us and it was our mistake not warning them in advance. However, when the mother called her son to tell her we had a dog with us, the words coming out of the mouth of the son (which we could clearly hear on the phone) were not very pleasant at all. In the end, after over an hour of talks and waiting we came to an agreement with the owner to stay there with the dog. That said, the whole experience was not pleasant. We also plugged in our plug-in hybrid electric car on the first morning. After about 1 hour, the owner's mother came knocking at the door in panic and saying to us that we could not plug our car in. Then the owner called us telling us to unplug the car immediately or leave. While I would have asked the owner beforehand, the profanities that he shouted at his own mother the day before, and the time it took him to allow us to stay with our dog, despite coming up in the "pets allowed" filter on booking.com, did not make me want to engage in further dialogue with him. Anywhere else we have stayed there has never been any problems with us plugging in our car. One of the windows in the bedroom, on the ground floor, only had a very thin curtain and the owner's mother was walking around in front of the window quite frequently. While I am sure she was not staring in the window, it still felt like we were being watched.
