About this apartment rental
The cozy 2-room apartment (hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and shower) is located in the middle of the Pankow / Prenzlauer Berg district and is rented to 1 to a maximum of 4 people.
The centrally located and modern 60 m² apartment has been freshly renovated. In the living room there is a sofa with a sleeping function (140x200 cm). The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new mattresses.
After a nice tour of Berlin you can relax and sleep well, because the apartment is in a quiet area. But you can also conjure up a great dinner through the fully equipped kitchen.
With warm colors and the lovingly coordinated interior, you just have to feel comfortable in the apartment. Underfloor heating and WiFi make your stay even more comfortable.
The apartment also has a modern convection stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and a hairdryer.
The entire apartment is newly furnished!
Shopping facilities for self-catering can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot and are open from Mon-Sat: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The center, about 7 km away, can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The nearest tram and bus stop are only a 1-minute walk away.
From here it is easy to conquer Berlin without a car. The connection to public transport is very good.

Summary of reviewsThe newly renovated apartment was very clean with all amenities and comfortable beds. Despite being in the basement, it was bright enough. The only downside was the misleading photos.

Diese neu renovierte Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort. Es fehlten nur zwei kleine Nachttischlampen. Sie liegt auch sehr ruhig trotz der Tram, die fast vor der Tür hält und das ganze Gebäude erschüttert, aber nur flüchtig, das störte uns nicht und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war, dass die Wohnung, die im Untergeschoss liegt, gar nicht als solche beschrieben war. Sie war zwar hell genug aber die Fotos sind ein bisschen irreführend. Ich würde trotzdem diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Es war nicht wie in der Anzeige frisch renoviert, die Wohnung war sehr dunkel. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren irgendwie immer leicht feucht, da man schlecht lüften konnte. Umgebung und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.
