-Sommier à lattes d'un lit à une place endommagé et dangereux, risque de chute. - Porte de la chambre du lit à deux places frotte et fait du bruit. -Le volet de la baie vitrée ne fonctionne plus. -Il manque des tampons sous les chaises, bruyantes quand on les déplace. -L'essoreuse à salade qui ne fonctionne pas. -Pas d'accès à la WIFI. -Par compte ménage correct et linge de lit propre. -Résidence très sympa.
