This exceptional villa offers six large ocean view air-conditioned master bedrooms, including two king size beds, seven queen size beds and one single size bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and each offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. There are two bedrooms on the top floor of this multi-level of the main house each offering private decks and overlooking the pool and the ocean. Between the two bedrooms, overlooking the living room is a small open office, ideal for work if need be. The one bedroom on the main level walks out large balcony doors to the pool. The fourth bedroom is down one level from the main house and makes an ideal room for teenagers or a small group as it includes a bunk bed and a queen bed and its own bathroom with double vanity. The large cathedral ceiling living room of the main house opens to the covered patio and is part of a great room that includes the kitchen. It includes cozy furniture and a large screen tv. The villa also has cable tv plus free wifi.
The kitchen is entirely new featuring wood cupboards, stainless steel appliances, a huge working island which provides ample room for cooking and dining. It is equipped with coffee makers, blender, cutlery, cookware and settings for up to 16 people. The kitchen also features granite countertops and two cozy windows seats. Double doors on one side open up to a spacious grass yard ideal for children to play while under the watchful eye of parents.
Looking out to the ocean from the kitchen is a pass-through to a granite bar with bar stools which are situated next to the barbecue area. This includes a stainless steel grill, a burner, and sink all set into a granite countertop with plenty of workspaces. Next to the bar, is a beautiful teak dining table with room for 10 people to dine comfortably. Also outside under the covered patio is a large informal sitting area. Around the large infinity pool, there are also chaise lounges and a huge reclining sun tanning pad. This offers the ideal location... the Pacific Ocean straight in front of you and on either side the seclusion of the rainforest.

Older home that needs some updating. They were working on the master bathroom when we got there and could not fix one of the sinks and one of the showers and never came back. There were broken chairs out back sitting by the pool and one thrown around the side of the deck. Two fans were broken …. Ran out of propane during a dinner and they did eventually get that taken care of. Just needs an all around spruce up and maintenance .

Awesome vacation with a group of 11 guys celebrating an upcoming wedding (bachelor party for my brother in law). Property management was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property was clean and exactly as we expected! Highly recommend - great value for what we received.

Came out with a group of friends and had an amazing time at this house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which everyone appreciated. It was in a great location which made it easy to get to Dominical and Uvita. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had 16 people ranging in age from 4 to 64 in our group and the house easily accommodated us. The weather was gorgeous and we spent most of our time on the outdoor veranda and in the pool. Magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. You do have to traverse a very steep drive and cross a busy road to walk to the beach. Also, we did not realize access to three of the bedrooms was from the outside, so beware if you have families with young children who may require naps. The bedrooms in the house only have one bed each. Hensy was helpful in planning excursions and recommending local restaurants, grocery stores and securing rental vehicles for our stay. I did have to follow up with her on a regular basis to check the status of things so we could plan our days, but ultimately everything worked out and everyone had a good time. My only feedback to the property owners would be to do a more thorough job of cleaning before turning the house over to new guests, the kitchen was not at all clean and I had to scrub it down before we felt comfortable cooking our own meals. Overall a good experience, there is lots to do in the immediate area and our group enjoyed exploring all that Costa Rica has to offer. If you are expecting a true concierge experience you will find yourself a little frustrated.
