Above Furna, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking at 100 m. Grocery 1.7 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Furna, Kirche" 1.4 km, railway station "Pragg-Jenaz" 6.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Bad Ragaz" 25 km.
