About this house rental
A comfortable holiday home, set in tropical gardens in a small, quiet, gated community. The property is tastefully furnished to ensure comfort. Just 1 minute walk from the sea and five minutes walk from Enterprise Beach, arguably the best beach in Barbados, the beauty of the area is undeniable. The location promotes a relaxing atmosphere & benefits from both beautiful scenery and international cuisine restaurants, all in reach, with a wide variety of bars over looking the Ocean. Barbados Golf Club is just 5 minutes drive away, the airport is 10 minutes away. Consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with Ensuite) and a family bathroom. Downstairs is open plan and airy with high speed fibre WIFI Internet, satellite TV, DVD & CD / MP3 Player/Radio, a modern, fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, cooker & microwave. A breezy veranda complete with dipping pool, looks out over the landscaped gardens.

We had a really nice surprise upon arrival, the kitchen had a be upgraded with new appliances. The Owner always answered our questions before arriving and the Property Manager, Ursula was the best. We will most likely return and would definitely recommend this place.

If you are a surfer there are few better places on the island for waves than Freights Bay and this property is practically across the road so you can’t beat the location.

Even though our place was connected to other residences we seldom saw anyone. Very quiet. Short walk to beaches and Oistins. Property management was always available for any questions/advice. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home.

Great location for Miami beach, local markets and shops.
"Allamanda" is nicely furnished with an adaquantly equiped kitchen for four people.
Beach towels and two beach chairs supplied.
Unfortuately "Allamanda" lacks those little niceties to make it great.
No internet- Very useful to check-out restaurants and places to visit (highly recommend Hunts Gardens)
No small libruary of used books, DVDs, CDs. No toilet paper or soap in the downstairs washroom. Not even a half used bottle of washing-up liquid ect.
Some milk and a couple of bottles of beer, maybe a little fruit would make a nice welcome. All thing lacking to make a good first impression.
Fortunately we know the area well and have plenty of choices for our next visit.
