The Villa is really nice and spacey. The rooms are big enough and all have a own bath room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The pool is big and one of the highlights. You will find shadow spots around the pool all day. Enough sunbeds are available. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The Villa is 5***** for sure. But the surrounding area is not that nice.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer mit Bad sorgen für die nötige Privatsphäre und sind somit auch für gemischte Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen von Medulin. Zu Fuss ist die Standpromenade zwar erreichbar, aber es ist trotzdem von Vorteil, mit dem Auto anzureisen. Die Baustellen in der Umgebung sind zwar mehrheitlich stillgelegt, aber für das Auge ist das neuentstehende Quartier natürlich nicht so toll. Sobald diese abgeschlossen sind, ist die Villa perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Erholungsfaktor. Vielen Dank an Tatjana & Donald für die Gastfreundschaft.

Das Haus ist super, groß genug für mehrere Familien und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Leider sind zu viele Baustellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Frühstücken mit Baulärm ist nicht so toll und nachts dröhnt laute Musik aus der Ortschaft oder einer Bar. Das Meer dort ist auch nicht schön, so dass wir das Haus zwar sehr genossen haben, aber immer weiter weg gefahren sind. Also ein Kompromiss wenn man den Platz benötigt, aber nach Medulin kommen wir sicher nicht mehr.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa with plenty of room, could do with extra armchairs so that you could all sit down together. We visited in September and the pool was too cold to use. Beach literally 5 minute walk from villa. Supermarkets within walking distance and main town within a 20 minute walk with good restaurants. Owners very helpful and brought us some fresh figs from their their own tree. A visit to the aquarium in Pula well worth it. Would stay again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und bietet alles was man als Familie mit Baby so braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch in die Stadt ist es nicht weit. Jederzeit wieder!

Familie Mandic war zu jederzeit zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit. Sowohl Check in als auch Check out liefen reibungslos. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Meer ist einen Katzensprung entfernt und das zur Verfügung gestellte Kajak wurde rege genutzt Sowohl für die Kinder als auch für uns Erwachsene ein erholsamer Urlaub. Medulin und seine Restaurants sowie die Promenade sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und mit den 5 Schlafzimmern mit integriertem Bad/WC kommt ein Gefühl von Luxus auf. Es gibt sowohl im gut klimatisierten Innenbereich, als auch auf der Terrasse die Möglichkeit für 10 Personen zu Essen. Der Gasgrill und mehrere gut beschattete Sitzmöglichkeiten runden das Erholungsangebot gut ab. Eines der Highlights ist sicher der beleuchtete Salzwasserpool, der wirklich zum Entspannen einlädt. Auch ein sichtgeschützter Bereich für die nahtlose Bräune ist vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungenes Ferienhaus, dass mit seiner Lage (2 min zum Meer und ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Ortszentrum) zusätzliche Pluspunkte sammeln kann. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen, zumal auch die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend sind! Alles Gute und schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Haus. Alles super sauber und gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein paar neue Häuser errichtet, was zeitweise mit sehr viel Lärm verbunden war. Dafür konnten unsere Vermieter natürlich nichts und es war trotzdem wunderschön. Tadjiana ist eine sehr nette, freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin die uns gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann mit einigen Gläschen lokaler Schnäpse und Liköre empfangen hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Wir sind als Gruppe mit 11 Personen (22 - 30 Jahre alt) gereist. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Finca war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Nach Medulin rein sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Für junge Leute ist die Finca genauso zu empfehlen, wie für Familien mit Kindern.

Obwohl unser Urlaub aufgrund von Covid-19 lange Zeit sehr unsicher war, konnten wir (11 Personen) schlussendlich unseren geplanten Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen. Wir (2 Familien, 9 Personen) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Medulinka. Wir waren für eine Woche während der Pfingstferien hier, trotz noch bestehender Reisewarnung. Im Vorfeld war es lange unklar, ob wir fahren können oder nicht. Der dadurch häufigere Kontakt mit den Vermietern per Mail und telefonisch hat tadellos und zeitnah funktioniert. Unsere Entscheidung trotz Reisewarnung zu fahren, haben wir keine Sekunde bereut, da wirklich vor Ort sehr wenig los war und man sich dadurch jederzeit sicher fühlen konnte. Istrien ist eine schöne Gegend, und Medulin ein nettes Örtchen, das alles bietet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Villa selbst ist, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, einfach wunderschön und bietet wirklich alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns freundlich mit kühlen Getränken empfangen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, wir empfehlen die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter.

Die Vermieter waren von beginn an super zuvorkommend, nett und sehr Freundlich. Menschen, mit denen man auch gerne mal einen Grillabend verbringen würde! Das Haus lies keine Wünsche offen. Toller Ausblick, Exelent eingerichtet und eine über die Maßen gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider gab es in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft einige Baustellen, welche die Idülle etwas getrübt haben. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen wurderbaren Urlaub.

The villa really is as good as it looks on the photos. The owners are a friendly and very helpful local family making this a fantastic place to stay with family or friends. It's on the edge of Medulin so a little walk into town and the more busy tourist beach, but very close to two good supermarkets. Some good quality and genuine restaurants and bars in the town. We'd recommend Taxi-Goran for your airport transfer and other trips. We had a brilliant week - thank you Tatjana & your family.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2019 für zwei Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa. Außer dass die Klimaanlagen an den ersten Tagen nicht optimal funktioniert haben, aber die Eigentümer sofort auf jeden Anruf reagiert haben und alles sofort instand gesetzt haben, gibt es auch gleich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Enorme Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, sensationelle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, super Pool, rundum Betreuung. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, auch der Check out war vorbildlich und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei Familie Mandic.

Just arrived home from a week in this villa. On arrival the owner and her husband welcomed us with biscuits, water, beer and oranage juice. The villa is absolutely amazing. Clean and tidy and has everything you need - washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, washing line and more. The villa is only a 15 minuets walk from the centre of Medulin which is very pretty. The owners gave us a number of a taxi driver which we used and he was amazing, would highly recomend using him. We used him for a few trips to super market and into Rovinj, very reliable guy. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but the owners where amazing and had an engineer out within an hour to fix it. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday. Due to the issues we had with the air conditioning the owners very kindly cooked 9 of us an evening meal and brought it to the villa for us. Can not praise the owners enough. We are hoping to return back next year.

Wir haben heuer seit vielen Jahren wieder mal einen Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Mit der gesamten Familie ( 7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben wir die Traumvilla am 25.08. 2018 für eine Woche in Besitz genommen. Das Ankommen war aufgrund des dichten Reiseverkehrs etwas schwierig. Aber unser Navi hat uns ohne Probleme zum Feriendomizil geführt. Die Straßen dorthin sind noch nicht ausgebaut. Wir haben tatsächlich alles so vorgefunden wie es in der Beschreibung angekündigt war. Top sauber, alles perfekt. Es gibt nur Superlative um eine objektive Beschreibung des Ganzen vorzunehmen. Unsere Enkel und auch wir waren begeistert von dem tollen Pool, der eine hervoragende Reinigungsanlage und auch sehr gute Wasserqualität aufzuweisen hatte. Die Vermieter, Fam. Mandic waren sehr freundlich und nett und auch hilfsbereit. Also in der Gesamtbetrachtung: Wir würden sofort wieder dieses Haus buchen. Vielleicht in zwei Jahren, mal sehen! Zum Schluß noch ein kleines Manko. Der in der Nähe liegende Strand ist ein wilder Strand. Vielleicht unternimmt die Stadt künftig Verbesserungsmassnahmen. Das hat aber nicht unseren super schönen Urlaub nicht negativ beeinflusst. Danke nochmal an die Fam. Mandic.

Das Haus ist ein Traum und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Leute. Die Lage ist super...nahe am Meer...ruhig und doch nicht sehr weit zum Zentrum. Siste uken i juni leide vi denne fantastiske villaen i Medulin for å feire et 70-årslag med barnebarn, barn og svigerbarn. Villaen er topp utstyrt. God plass, trenger du å trekke deg litt tilbake lar det seg fint gjøre. Sentral beliggenhet med havutsikt, gangavstand til sentrum med supermarkeder og restauranter. Vertskapet er hyggelige og imøtekommende, yter den hjelp du måtte trenge. Vi anbefaler denne villaen på det varmeste. Med vennlig hilsen Tove og Odd Magnus, Norway.

Wir haben unsere Woche in der wundervollen Villa in vollen Zügen genossen. Diese Villa erfüllt wirklich alle Träume die man sich wünscht. Das Haus ist optisch und technisch 1 A mit Stern ausgestattet und die Lage ist auch noch optimal man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem nur wenige km vom Zentrum entfernt wir sind angekommen und haben schon beschlossen das wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen. Die Besitzer sind super Nett Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen, die gemeinsam das Haus in der ersten Juliwoche 2018 gemietet haben. Die Anzahl der Bäder und Schlafzimmer war perfekt für uns. Jeder hatte sein kleines "Reich" und man konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Der Pool ist einfach nur toll. Auch wenn das Objekt so aussieht, als gäbe es wenig Schatten ... durch die Ausrichtung des Hauses und die großzügige Veranda war der große Tisch immer im Schatten - einfach perfekt für Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen - auch bei heißen Temperaturen. Die Lage ist zudem perfekt für Ausflüge und auch der Ortskern ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Und die Vermieter waren super herzlich und lieb - wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt. Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und bestens ausgestattete Ferienvilla in guter Lage

Neu erbaute, sehr gepflegte Villa mit allem Komfort, schönem Aussenpool. Durch zahlreiche zum Teil überdachte Terrassen findet man sowohl Sonnenplätze als auch Schatten. Wir haben über 2 Wochen in der zweiten Septemberhälfte 2017 dort verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist gerade auch für Selbstversorger mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien bestens ausgestattet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Fischhändler über Bäcker und Metzger bis zum Supermarkt in der nächsten Umgebung. Viele schöne Unternehmungen wie Pula, Halbinsel Karmanjak, Rovinj etc. in der Nähe auch gut für Fahrradfahrer und Wanderer geeignet. Ein besonderes Lob gilt den Vermietern, die uns in jeder Beziehung grosszügig und aufmerksam allerbestens betreut haben. Wir können dieses schöne Domizil wirklich empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle moderne Villa, großzügigst ausgestattet. Perfekt gepflegt. Ideal für Urlaub mit Freunden, da ausreichend Platz und jeder bei Bedarf Rückzugsmöglichkeiten findet. Am Esstisch (innen wie außen) können 12 Personen gemütlich beisammen sitzen. Großer Gasgrill. Küchenausttattung übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Pool angenehm erfrischend. Klavier in guter Stimmung. Kajak (Tri-Yak) ist top - etwas schwer, um zu zweit an den Strand getragen zu werden, aber zu viert ist es kein Problem. So wie wir das Besitzerehepaar kennengelernt haben, gibt es bestimmt bald einen Kajakwagen... Der Strand (Steine) ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Für ein paar Stunden ganz nett. Zum Schnorcheln bieten sich andere Küstenregionen in der Gegend an. Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Familie Mandic, die uns so herzlich in ihrem Haus empfangen hat.

Diesen August haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Medulinka verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt geschnitten. Entspricht zu 100% der im Netz gezeigten Abbildungen, was sehr oft nicht der Fall ist. Alle 5 Zimmer hatten jeweils ein eigenes en suite Bad und trotzdem wir 11 Personen (7Erwachsen und 4 Kleinkinder) waren, hatten wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl uns auf die Füße zu treten. Die Kids haben den wirklich schönen Pool (Salzwasser) sehr genossen. Zudem gab es im Haus einen Tischkicker, draußen eine Tischtennisplatte und kleinen Spielplatz. Wir konnten auch das sich im Garten befindliche Kajak benutzen, sehr zur Freude unserer Männer . Begeistert waren wir zudem von den äußerst aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Besitzern. Sie waren für Fragen stets greifbar und hatten sehr gute Restaurant- und Ausflugsempfehlungen. Rundum war es ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben. Jederzeit wieder.
