About this house rental
Beautiful Tuscan style home with elegant limestone, carpet and rich hardwood flooring. High ceilings lend a feeling of spaciousness to the home. An abundant amount of windows let you peer out into the large screened porch and then further out into the back yard with an in ground pool. The Promary Bedroom affords a stately feel with its coffered ceiling and bayed window effect. The Primary Bath encompasses a whirlpool tub and large walk-in shower with two shower heads. A large walk-in closet and double granite vanities top off this lovely Primary Bath. The kitchen sports a beautiful island with storage plus a breakfast bar, granite counter tops and gorgeous custom cabinets. Four bedrooms plus a bonus room over the garage make this home perfect for family vacations. This home is the perfect luxurious get away.
Our home is reserved solely for quiet getaways, gatherings of any kind that exceed our maximum capacity of EIGHT adults is strictly prohibited. Property is to be accessed by reserved guests only. Individuals outside of the reservation are not permitted on property.
AVLM Properties LLC shall have no liability to the Guest and/or the Guest's invitees, visitors, employees, sub-contractors or invitees for any special, indirect, consequential loss or damage. The Guest shall indemnify ALVM Properties LLC against any/all liability and any claims, proceedings resulting or arising from or by the booking, function, the Guest, his/her invitees, visitors or any service provider engaged by the Guest. Guests are encouraged to lock the home all times. Guests should take note that ALVM Properties LLC does not accept responsibility whatsoever for theft from 125 Butler Lake Drive premises. The Guest is advised to have and is responsible for insurance to cover loss of baggage, personal injury if occurs on premises, and money.

Wonderful house. Everything very high end. Pool had debris due to storm that passed through right before arrival. Owner had pool service out the next morning. Great service!Highly recommend this house. Great space inside and out.

Out of all the houses we have ever rented, this house is the best. Immaculately clean and stunning home. It has tons of space and everything you need for a perfect trip. We have stayed there now twice and we can’t wait to come back again.

This is a beautiful, well appointed, and perfectly clean home. So many wonderful spaces to entertain your family. A beautiful pool, large hot tub, game room, and large screened porch offer multiple venues for enjoying the magic of the low country. The home is spacious and gracious offering several venues for casual or more formal dining. The owners are super responsive and lovely hosts. A pleasure to interact with. We are eager to return!

Kitchen was well equipped; Keurig stopped working and was quickly replaced; screened in porch was fantastic; the grounds were immaculate; the pool was wonderful.
