Welcome to the ultimate San Diego Beach Escape, located on a charming court in South Mission beach centrally located to all that Mission Beach has to offer yet tucked away for that feeling of vacation relaxation and zen.
The space
The three-story condo lives like a house, providing you complete privacy and access to three floors of living. Three spacious and private bedrooms offering a king size bed, queen size bed, and full over full bunk bed with twin sized trundle, suitable for adults and kids alike. A queen coddle sleeper in the living space round out the sleep zones, providing privacy and comfort.
The reverse floor plan offers an open concept living and dining room on the third floor. Comfortable mid back stool seating for 6 along with an additional table for two on the third-floor deck (with sit down ocean views!) provide plenty of space for dining and entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked and meant for cooking. Two large sliding screen doors open up the entire corner of the living space and invite in wonderful ocean air and cross breezes. The living room features a convertible Coddle sofa perfect lounging and sleeping (queen size!) if needed. The wall mounted smart TV offers quick access to all your favorite streaming apps - Netflix, Hulu, YouTube… The décor is modern and beachy and will surely inspire a wonderful getaway!
The master bedroom is on the second floor, featuring a king size bed and private on suite bathroom. The wall mounted TV provides access to all your streaming apps. A ceiling fan keeps the room cool along with a sliding glass door that opens to a private, small balcony. A large closet provides plenty of space for personal belongings.
The second bedroom is around the corner and features a full over full bunk bed, perfect for adults and kids alike. A trundle pulls out offering an additional twin bed if needed, sleeping up to five children comfortably. Large windows let in the ocean breeze. A smart TV again provides access to your streaming apps. A second, full guest bathroom is right outside this bedroom and easily accessible from the third floor living space.
The third bedroom is on the first-floor right off the entry. This room features a queen size bed and another large sliding glass door to take advantage of the ocean air. A large closet and another smart TV round out the space. A third bathroom sits right outside the bedroom in the home entry way and offers a full shower and bath, perfect for after beach rinses.
The home is perfect for groups of adults and families alike. We feature pack-n-plays and a highchair. Washer and dryer. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, games, sand toys…. The garage can accommodate two small – mid sized cars. Small to mid SUVs ok. Larger SUVs with roof racks will need to utilize street parking.
We are just steps from the beautiful and peaceful Bonita Cove and bay, a barely 5-minute walk to the ocean, a short stroll to the hustle and bustle of Belmont park… easy access to parks for the kids and bars/ restaurants for the adults. We would love to host your stay in our hometown of San Diego.
As with many homes this close to the beach + bay, we do not have air conditioning. San Diego’s temperate climate for most of the year keeps it comfortable for the majority of the stays. If you do happen to visit during a heat wave we offer several fans in addition to that top level ocean cross breeze ☺

The house was fantastic! We enjoyed having the option of visiting both the Bay side and the Beach. It was within perfect walking distance, even for our little ones.
Neb is a wonderful host, very communicative, and quick to respond.

Location was great and loved having the chairs/toys in garage for the beach but there were just a bunch of little things that were off to make it just ok- 1) all pots and pans were very scratched up, lack of size- matching lids and kitchen untensils made it frustrating to cook, 2) linens were clean but dingy, there was barely enough towels and only one washcloth in the whole condo, 3) Wi-Fi was not great, 4) carpet had definitely seen better days and 5) oven did not work great- was hard to get it up to temp! We still had a great trip but our stay could have been awesome with just a little bit of talc to the property.
