Fully equipped holiday apartment with everything necessary for a relaxing stay.
The one-room apartment is part of the property CASA EL FRONTON and equipped with living, dining and sleeping areas.
A kitchenette and shower / WC and a mini winter garden with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed),
Pool area (pool heated), as well as garden area for sharing.
The property with its special flair is located away from mass tourism
in a fantastic location, about 400 m NN in Arico, on the edge of the local part LA Sabinita.
It is about 25 km from Tenerife South Airport. The small village is about 2 km away. Although small finds
you find everything you need. There is bank with ATM, gas station, pharmacy, baker, butcher,
Supermarket, drugstore, medical service (Centro Salut), as well as bars and restaurants with local cuisine.
There are approximately 6 km to the sea. Poris de Abona invites with a sandy beach, as well as the converted former
Pier, for a swim. There are also some bars that are not just local snacks but also
offer chilled drinks. In the resort there are also other shops and restaurants.
The apartment is part of an old finca which has been completely renovated and stylishly and comfortably furnished. The non-visible and homely garden was planted with tropical vegetation.
From mini conservatory (or even from the bed), swimming pool or the outdoor terraces offer stunning
Views to the sea and on. But unforgettable is the panoramic view of mountains, sea and in good weather
to Gran Canaria.
Directly from the house, hiking trails lead into the surrounding area as well as in the mountains. The increasingly popular climbing Eldorado Arico's is in more tangible. Close.
Sandy beaches as well as small bays are easily accessible. The surfing paradise EL MEDANO near the airport is about 25 km away. There waves and wind are almost guaranteed.
And even bikers will not miss out. Tenerife enjoys getting bigger especially with this group of people
becoming popularity.

Ich war alleine zum Wandern auf Teneriffa mit Mietauto unterwegs. Es gibt viele schöne Kustenstreifen in der Nähe und die Unterkunft liegt praktisch in der Mitte zwischen Anaga im Osten und Teno Gebirge im Westen oder dem Teide Hochplateau (ca. eine gute Stunde Fahrzeit). Trotz miesem Wetter traumhaft zum aus der Veranda rausgucken oder schnell runterfahren zum wärmeren Strand nach einem langen Wandertag. An heißen Tagen gibt es den windgeschützten Pool und eine kühle Höhle im Garten. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und stehen mit vielen super Tipps zur Verfügung und gaben mir etwas vom frischen Obst aus dem Garten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Sehr angenehme Zeit für mich zum Entspannen und Runterkommen, abseits vom Trubel!

Sehr ruhige Lage, schöner Garten mit Panoramablick aufs Meer. Der Garten ist mit vielen Nischen zum verweilen bestückt dazu kommt noch die windgeschützte Grillhöhle. Das Haus hat alles notwenige und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.
Dazu kommt Tino als perfekter Gastgeber, top! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir waren über Neujahr 2022 in dem Appartment und es hat uns beiden extrem gut gefallen. Das kleine Ferienappartment ist extrem gut eingerichtet (inkl. Waschmaschine!) und bietet alles was man braucht + X. Die Specials werden wir hier nicht nennen, denn sonst buchen zu viele dieses Appartment ;-). Ganz lieben Dank an Tony, Peter und Wolfgang! Es war großartig! Schade dass wir nicht in Quarantäne kamen - wir wären sehr gerne bei euch noch länger "festgesessen". Wenn ihr bisschen sucht, findet ihr im WWW noch mehr Infos über die tolle Lage von El Fronton in La Sabinita. ;-)
