The Sweet St. John - 1, was conceived and built as an ultra-modern, contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath, vacation rental home. It features outstanding views from a great location, with polished marble flooring, Italian cabinets, quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, an automatic generator, a covered deck with grill, comfortable seating, beach chairs, towels, cooler, sunshade/tent, swim noodles UV-filtered drinkable water. Ocean views, very clean home, grocery store and shops very close by. Everything you need to cook all meals at the rental. Very helpful and responsive host.

We arrived at the cottage on 3/06/26 around 5:30PM.We had a very nice fruit basket with wine and cheese.Also had enough bottled water and coffee for a few days. Would definitely stay here again in the future.Marcus and Jena were so nice and helpful.

Marcus and Patty’s property is amazing and my wife and I will be sure to stay there on our next visit to St John. We have been to St John quite a few times so we had a good perspective going into our vacation. The property is literally three minutes from the car ferry dock and the Starfish grocery store as well. Marcus met us at the ferry and escorted us back to his gated estate. The suite is exactly like as shown and Marcus gives a great orientation leaving out no details. He will recommend places to go, things to do and places to dine. We chose to dine out every night but there is a grill and absolutely beautiful kitchen. We loved how close we were to Cruz Bay/Mongoose Junction and the north shore beaches. Thank you Marcus and Patty for a perfect week in paradise. We will certainly see you next time around. Matt Brown
