About this house rental
3 Story Luxury Beach House on the sand where you see and hear the ocean from every room in the house. An entertainers delight with large tiered yard which includes several areas for outdoor dining and one outdoor fire pit. There is an outdoor shower located at the private entrance to the beach. This highly upgraded home includes a gourmet kitchen with Viking & Sub-Zero Appliances. Family room includes a wood-burning fireplace & all 4 bathroom's have top of the line Toto Neorest Motion Activated Self Flushing Toilets. Two master suites with large walk in closets and 2 guest rooms. All rooms have amazing ocean views. We will give discounted monthly rates to anyone displaced from the LA Fires that needs a home while they rebuild.
