The location of the house was fantastic. Our group loved the living space and especially the screen porch. There was an issue with the en suite bathroom on the main floor. It was musty smelling and also smelled like sewage. So it's probably worth getting that checked out for future vacationers. The other thing was the light switches were not intuitive. It would be helpful to label the switches as to what they are connected to. The fans on the screen porch were especially challenging to find. Labeling them would be a huge help. The last thing, the kitchen table has a low piece under it that the above average in height kept banging there knees on it when they sat there. Other than those few things, it was a nice stay and our group really enjoyed being there.

We had a great time at this property. This property worked out well for all 12 of us. The location to the water park was great. The amenities at the water parks/pools and the shuttle to the beach were great and fit everyone’s needs. The concierge team got back to us in a timely manner with any questions we had. The only drawback was the height of the master bedroom bed, but it did have a step stool, that you might want to mention is there when others book this property. Otherwise a great vacation and a great place to stay

Watercolor is such an excellent beach community, and 47 Cedar Way proved a perfect stay for us! The large community pool, Camp Watercolor, and playground are a short walk away. Access to the Watercolor Beach Club is an added benefit. We wished there were better instructions/information provided on access to the Beach Club and beach access in general for owners vs guests as we found ourselves a bit lost there on a couple occasions.

Watercolor is a great community and easy sell for all rentals but not all rentals are equally managed. It's our 9th season renting on 30a with the last 5 in watercolor. We have had 8 rentals during our watercolor experience, the one we just left was adequate and definitely aged from lack of maintenance. Furniture filthy, floor was nasty, we had to clean for several hours , I would suggest if you stay in this house definitely bring a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies as well as sheets to cover furniture, other than the dirt we live the area.
