The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, courtyard and boat dock.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Super schönes Appartment in absolut fantastischer Lage! Die Inhaberin ist super nett & freundlich & war immer zur Stelle, wenn man sie brauchte.
Das Apartment war trotz 2. Stocks angenehm kühl - selbst in der Mittagshitze.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon & der private Meerzugang ist unschlagbar!
Einzige kleine Mangel: in der Dusche bräuchte man eine Ablagefläche & Kücheausstattung ist ausreichend
