About this house rental
Come enjoy this spacious, fully-furnished, well appointed and decorated home during The Masters Tournament with DAILY TURNDOWN SERVICE. This home features 6 spacious bedrooms (4 king, 3 queen & 2 twin beds) along with 4.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped for all of your needs with a large backyard/patio and it's gourmet kitchen. This home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac within Riverwood Plantation, home to the award winning Champions Retreat Golf Course (the host course for 2 days of the Women's Amateur Tournament that will conclude at the Augusta National). This home is professionally decorated and fully equipped with Wi-Fi 6, a 70" 4K Smart TV in the main living room, a 65" 4K Smart TV in the basement, 50" Smart TV on the back patio and 4 additional 55" Smart TVs in the bedrooms.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Second Level:
1. Master bedroom - King bed w/ attached master bath w/soaking tub & sofa in room (this sofa pulls out to make another double bed)
2. Guest suite - King bed w/sitting area and private full bathroom
3. Bedroom with built in loft - Queen bed & 2 Twin loft beds w/shared full bathroom
4. Bedroom - King bed w/ shared full bathroom
(Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom)
Basement Level:
5. Bedroom - King bed
6. Bedroom - Two Queen beds
(Spacious Full Bathroom in basement shared by bedrooms 5 & 6)
The main level features a large gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner cooktop, a large island w/ built in microwave, double wall ovens, built in wine fridge, nugget ice machine & is perfect for entertaining or cooking up your favorite meal. Dining space is available in the breakfast nook, at the kitchen island, and in the formal dining room which seats 8. The living room on the main floor is very spacious with a gas fireplace and great views of the private, wooded backyard. The basement is ready for your entertaining needs with a 65" Smart HDTV, DVD player, PS4, & Xbox.
Just out the back door of the main floor is a nicely decorated & furnished screened in porch with ceiling fan, overlooking one of the largest yards in Riverwood Plantation. On the patio off the basement level, there is an outdoor kitchen with a stainless Weber grill, marble counter tops, a teak outdoor patio furniture set, large outdoor dining table, 55" Smart HDTV, lit cornhole platforms with boards, ladder ball, seating for 15 and fire pit for your entertaining needs.
Guests will also be able to enjoy use of the custom golf cart pictured, for easy traveling to Champions Retreat for a tee time, the neighborhood grocery store, or to any of the neighborhood restaurants for a bite to eat.

This property surpassed all my expectations. It was impeccably clean, with generously sized rooms and fresh, new furnishings throughout. The kitchen was particularly impressive, and the backyard and amenities were ideal. The designer's attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the meticulous professionalism to the perfectly placed art and sayings. The inclusion of a golf cart for trips to Champions Retreat was a delightful touch, and the daily service added to the overall experience. The owner's communication and flexibility, especially when our group decided to extend our stay, made us feel like part of the family. Thank you!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to the Masters. We had 8 of us for the week and still had 2 empty bedrooms. With TV's everywhere and two nice patios there is more than enough room for everyone to hang out, even on the day it poured rain all day long. There is nothing but trees and forest area behind the house and we saw deer daily from the upper patio. We also saw deer in the evening while cruising around the neighborhood in their golf cart. The Sonos sound system is great too. We used it daily while playing Corn Hole in the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with any cooking accessories you would ever need, and the daily housekeepers were icing on top.
We would definitely recommend this house to anyone, and would try and stay here again if we go back to the area.

Thank you so much for the use of your home during Masters week. The accommodations were beyond our expectations and the home is elegant but still very useful. We appreciated the large kitchen and the outside grill area. The basement was also a plus for sleeping arrangements. Also the location to Augusta National and local shopping is a major plus. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
