Welcome to Finca Los Pinos, a paradise retreat located on a picturesque hill about 6 kilometers outside Sineu. Sineu is a charming village in the heart of Mallorca, known for its traditional atmosphere and vibrant culture. Our finca is a place of peace and quiet and at the same time offers you a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. From the refreshing pool, your view extends to the majestic Tramuntana Mountains, which dominate the island's picturesque hinterland.




Finca Los Pinos is a truly private retreat where you have sole use of the house, the entire property and the pool.You can fully enjoy the privacy and be inspired by the picturesque surroundings. Several terraces, including a covered one, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, offer you numerous idyllic places to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

At the pool, which measures 6x3 meters, you will find a spacious lawn where you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun to the fullest. For outdoor culinary adventures, a brick barbecue area is available where you can prepare delicious dishes while enjoying the warm evening.

The main house is a lovingly furnished, free-standing building that is wonderfully bright thanks to its many windows and patio doors.The larger bedroom has spacious built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom en suite, offering you the highest level of comfort. In the cozy living room you will find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and German satellite television for your entertainment. The open, modern kitchen is inviting and comfortably equipped, including a dishwasher, a spacious fridge-freezer, a stove with oven and a washing machine.

We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we are happy to provide towels for the kitchen, bathrooms, pool and beach areas. Upon request, we can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge to make your stay even more pleasant.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Finca Los Pinos verbringen zu dürfen und sind erneut hellauf begeistert: von der exklusiven Lage mit Panoramablick, von der tollen und gepflegten Anlage, von der hellen, freundlichen Ausstrahlung und der praktischen Aufteilung des Hauses, von der großen Terrasse und dem herrlichen Pool. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben wird und das Wohl des Gastes im Vordergrund steht.

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 13 & 16 ) haben uns sehr wohl in "Los Pinos" gefühlt. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank warteten kalte Getränke, die nötigsten Dinge wie z. B. Spüli, Müllbeutel,Toilettenpapier oder Olivenöl und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß & man hat einen traumhaften Blick in die Ebene & auf das Tramuntana mit sehr schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Genügend Schattenplätze sind rund um die Finca ausreichend vorhanden. Schöne, kinderfreundliche Strände sind in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar ( zB. Platja di Muro ). Der Kontakt und die Übergabe des Anwesens waren unkompliziert & sehr freundlich, in deutscher Sprache. Wir persönlich empfanden das Gebimmel der Schafe eher romantisch als störend, das gelegentliche Anspringen des Generators kaum wahrnehmbar, das " Windrad " als keiner Rede wert, die Zufahrt zur Finca als absolut normal, wenn man eine abgelegene Finca sucht & bucht. Lediglich die winzigen Moskitos, schon ab 19:00 Uhr, nervten etwas. Doch mit Autan und Mückenspirale kann man auch ohne Stiche bis in die Nacht Sternschnuppen zählen und unter den Moskitonetzen ist man im Schlaf ja sowieso geschützt. Da wir schon häufiger in dieser Gegend Urlaub gemacht haben & noch nie Probleme mit Mücken hatten , vermuten wir, dass das stehende Wasser in den Unterröpfen der Blumenkübel die Brutstätte sein könnte. Vielleicht macht es Sinn, da ja eine tägliche automatische Bewässerung stattfindet, auf die Untertöpfe ganz zu verzichten, oder die Bewässerungszeit zu verkürzen. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns hervorragend erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Im September 2012 verbrachten wir 12 Tage auf der Finca. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter wahr unkomliziert und freundlich. Die Finca ist wie beschrieben, nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel ca.7 Km von Sineu (Petra) entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr einsam. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Windräder der Nachbarn sind jederzeit zu hören ( Helikopter?). Auch die Tiere ( Hühner, Schafe, Hunde, Hahn, Katzen) sind jeder Zeit zu hören ( überflug am Pool von Henne und Hahn, frei laufender großer Hund am Pool ) alles da. Die Möglichkeit den Hausmeister anzusprechen bestand nicht. Er war 2 x 5 Minuten am frühen morgen da, man konnte daher keinen Kontakt zu ihm aufnehmen. Generator Benutzung, wenn wie beschrieben in der Hausanleitung , kein Problem. Im Gegenteil zum warmen Wasser. Es war nie welches da, da der Boiler ,immer wieder auf Störung stand. Aber DAS BESTE ist die AUFFAHRT ZUR FINCA!!!! Wie leider nicht beschrieben, ist die Anfahrt zur Finca eine Katastrophe !!!!! Wer einen Leihwagen ohne Unterboden Schaden ( Reifen, Räder) wieder zurück geben will, sollte sich einen Helikopter oder einen Jeep mieten. Wir haben bei Herrn K.schon zwei andere Häuser gemietet, die uns mehr zu sagten.
