About this house rental
This beautiful cottage is situated in a very quiet position approximately 700 m from Montescudaio village, between fields of wheat and volive trees.. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with garden furniture to spend many hours relaxing outside. The 180 m² apartment which is available for our guests, is on the ground floor and the first floor and has been completely renovated a few years ago. It consists in a large living room with dining area and a walled kitchen with dishwasher and huge fridge. Three bedrooms with double bed, and one with a single bed. Bathroom with WC and shower nad a small bath without shower. Sat – TV and central heating. Washing machine in separate room. The furniture has been adjusted to the typical Tuscan structure with its stone floors and wooden beams, it is comfortable and rustic with Tuscan details.
