In our spacious apartment for 2 people you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living area (satellite TV and WiFi). From here it goes directly into the garden via the associated terrace, suitable for sunbathing and relaxing. Guest toilet.
Upstairs is the bedroom with dressing room and the bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. You can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony.
There is a covered parking space available so that you can get into a cool car in summer and not have to shovel your car out in winter.
The center of Immenstadt is only 2 km away, easy to reach on foot, by car or by bus.

Ich war zusammen mit meiner Freundin vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man brauch und noch mehr.
Wir sind nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen.
Der Kontakt war hervorragend.

Unterkunft war in sehr gutem Zustand. Wunderschön gestaltet und alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Alles Bestens, bis ins Detail. Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kontakt mit Frau Schlichtherle gut, nicht zu aufdringlich. Bei der Wohnungsführung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Tochter gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer wohnt. Das war nicht abgesprochen und wir fühlten uns eingeschränkt dadurch. Es wäre schön gewesen wenigstens vorher darüber informiert zu werden. Küche war gut ausgestattet, nur ein Glas war sehr offensichtlich schmutzig. Außerdem herrschte in der gesamten Wohnung ein sehr modriger Geruch.
Für einen Kurzurlaub war die Wohnung insgesamt in Ordnung.
