Small, inexpensive apartment, 2 bicycles included *, 100 m to the Salzhaff, 250 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach, the apartment consists of a combined living room with kitchenette plus 1 bathroom with shower and toilet,
Shipping pier, port, beach, restaurants, cafes, promenade all within 250 m,
very good cycle path network, good bus connection to the surrounding Baltic Sea resorts and to Rostock, large stone tombs, local history museum etc.
* The bicycles (a men's and a women's bike) are in good condition, but of course they do not fit everyone, so this is a free additional offer. Depending on the need for repairs, downtimes can also occur.
As the name and details already show, the apartment is not large, but inexpensive, clean, well equipped and wonderfully located.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für einen Kurztrip an die Ostsee entschieden und die Lütte Stuv wegen der positiven Bewertungen und der guten Bilder gewählt. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung und der Bilder. Nach der Buchung rief Herr Klingner an und klärte proaktiv alle Fragen zur Anreise. Bei der Ankunft hatte die Hausverwaltung schon einmal die Heizung aufgedreht, da es frisch war. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub zu 2. ausgerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Kleines Zimmer für Zwei zum Schlafen, Essen und Ausruhen völlig ausreichend, wenn die Hauptzeit am Strand oder mit Unternehmungen verplant ist. Es ist alles vorhanden zum Kochen und Essen. Der Schlafkomfort könnte durch bessere Matratzen aufgewertet werden. Die Fahrräder sind klasse zum Erkunden der näheren Umgebung, zum Einkaufen und für Strandfahrten, da kann das Auto echt stehen bleiben. Alles was man braucht auch fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter antworten sehr schnell und geben gute Auskunft. Es war eine schöne Woche. Danke

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der FW sehr gefallen, vorallem die Lage ist sehr schön und praktisch da man schnell am Strand ist. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles was man zum Entspannen braucht.

Die Wohnung hat eine Strand nahe Lage. Einrichtung ist gemütlich und sehr stimmig, lediglich das Bett ist leider sehr hart. Die Matratzen sind dünn und weich und liegen auf festen Holzlatten. Darüberhinaus gibt zwei sehr gute Fahrräder, die auch für 25 km Strecken geeignet sind. Leider kein Parkplatz am Haus, aber zirka 600-750 Meter entfernt ist ein kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz. Am Ende ein verschmerzbarer Kompromiss , da sehr viel gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Gepflegtes „Ferienzimmer„ für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die Fahrräder die sind sehr mit Vorsicht zu genießen, verkehrssicher ist anders. Überzeugend ist aufjedenfall die optimale Lage im Ort.

Sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung die das hält, was sie verspricht. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Lage war für uns perfekt. Ein Bäcker ist zwei Häuser weiter, der Strand und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Wir reisen gerne ein zweites Mal in die Wohnung.

Wie der Name schon sagt, ist die Wohnung sehr klein. Für einen allein für länger oder zu zweit ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend. Der Durchgangsweg genau vor dem einzigen Fenster stört etwas, dafür ist die zentrale Lage perfekt!

Diese kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.Da sie schön zentral liegt, kann man viel zu Fuß unternehmen.Die Ausstattung wirkt gepflegt,aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig.Ein Parkplatz vor der Tür wäre wünschenswert. Eshat uns dort gefallen und wir empfehlen diese Wohnung weiter.

Top Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Die Größe ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, wenn man eh den ganzen Tag draußen ist. Wir fanden die Matratzen etwas unbequem. Wlan wäre schön gewesen im Zimmer, was heute eigentlich zum Standard gehören sollte.
