Fully fenced with a gated entrance, the property is private and surrounded by nature, yet only 5 miles from the Del Mar Race track and Solana Beach and Del Mar's magnificent beaches. This home has direct access to the community's extensive trail system making it perfect for adventurous morning runs or restorative evening walks.
The house features stunning restored original redwood beam ceilings in an open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout. The Kitchen has a 6-burner Viking range with a griddle for making Sunday morning pancakes. Two Master suites, each with Tempurpedic California King beds and en suite bathrooms. The two other rooms have queen beds and share a jack n' jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have private courtyards with outdoor wood decks.
Wireless Internet. Laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer. Dishwasher. Outdoor shower. Nespresso coffee maker. Big green egg outdoor grill. Garden. Resident chickens provide fresh eggs.
