Booked this trip last minute. My family loved this place! Everything went smooth at check in. Our suite was perfect for a family of 5. Pool area was great! So many activities to keep busy. Starbucks coffee on site. Everything was clean. Got answers to questions immediately! Location was close to attractions but also places to eat, a Wawa, & a lot more. We LOVED it!

It was an easy efficient check in process, spacious 2bd 2 bth with kitchen and patio. Easy access to get in and out community. Starbucks is right on the premises. Security was also available on premises for extra precautions. Check out was also easy and efficient. I wish we could have stayed longer! Cypress pointe felt like a home away from home! We will visit again soon😁!

Loved the property, area and room we stayed in. I think it needs some slight upgrades to it because it had an older look to it. It could use some furniture upgrades and room upgrades. Other then that we definitely loved it. Had no problems what so ever and the front desk was very attentive every time we contacted them for something. Slight issues with the toilet and shower door but overall experience would be a 3 star rating due to upgrades needed.
