The Arroyo Roble Resort is at the center of Arizona's Red Rock Country. Located on over nine secluded acres, just below Sedona's uptown area, your home is far from auto and pedestrian traffic. The resort's beautifully mature, landscaped grounds extend right up to the banks of the rushing waters of Oak Creek. The villas offer amazing views of the red rocks surrounding Sedona.
This 1,300 square foot Villa sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 2 gas fireplaces, a living room with flat screen TV, DVD Player, stereo and pull-out sofa sleeper. There's a spacious dining area, fully stocked kitchen, private balconies and patio. The unit has a stacked washer & dryer. The master bedroom features a King-size bed, TV, fireplace, private balcony, and an attached master bath with large walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds that can be put together for a queen, an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a private balcony.
The Arroyo Roble Resort offers extensive amenities in the 13,000 square foot Clubhouse and throughout the lush grounds. The Clubhouse Feature Indoor/Outdoor pool (indoor pool seasonally heated for year-round swimming); Indoor & Outdoor Whirlpool Spas; Steam Room; Sauna; Fitness Center; Pool Tables; Game Room with Nintendo Wii®, table shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, and more; Roka Room with 2 public computers, piano, and lounge area with flat screen TV; Mobility accessible restrooms, pool/whirlpool lifts, and Clubhouse entry. Wow! This place is a real gem! We LOVED the layout of the 2-story condo. It is decorated very tastefully. The fireplaces worked like a charm and added such ambiance during our cooler January stay. The HVAC system was extremely efficient when we wanted it a little warmer. The location was great - walking distance to all sorts of places, plus nice sitting areas on the property. Most of all, we have to comment on how incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive our host, Chris, was! This was our first vrbo stay but we have been to many "bnb" stays, and we have never before had such a welcoming and caring host! We have been to Sedona before and this was our most wonderful experience there. Chris also had very helpful recommendations on area favorites. We can't say thank you enough for this most positive and memorable experience!

The property was beyond our expectations. The accommodations were spacious and had everything we could hope for. The grounds were beautiful. So close to the heart of Uptown (steps away) but felt like we were miles away from the crowds on the peaceful property. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. The condo was perfect, bigger than we anticipated, and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops, tours (we did the Pink Jeep Tour and were able to walk to the location, so great not having to worry about finding a parking space).
Prompt response anytime I had a question. Highly recommend this location.

We were very pleased with the location and quality of this Condo for the price. The beds were great and plenty of space for a week's trip. Ideally the kitchen could have a few more serving dishes and storage containers put this was managable. Chris was easy to work with and quick to respond. The condo complex has a lot of options to relax or play outside of the unit and you are short walk to the uptown shopping area. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.
