This modern 600 sq ft studio apartment on the historic West Side in Cookeville is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, college visits, local downtown festivities and sporting events! Come enjoy this convenient location where you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, Crossfit Mayhem, Tennessee Tech, and most importantly, Cookeville's famous Ralph's donuts! Loved this stay! It was perfect for the two of us. The shops and restaurants in the area were nice. This was close to Cummins Falls and the other hikes in the area we visited.

Me and my husband live in middle TN and just wanted a short, weekend get-a-way. This was by far the cleanest rental I have stayed in. The floors were literally "squeaky clean"! The location was perfect walking distance to many different shops and restaurants. The owner was so nice to let us know of things going on around the area for us to check into. We really enjoyed our stay.The only thing I would say that could have been better would have been the window over the door allows the whole room to light up by around 5:30 am making it hard to sleep in. There was a guest leaving the day of our check-in. Check-in time was 3 however we didn't get check-in information until a little after 3. It worked out okay for us because we just sat at a restaurant around the corner and had some drinks until we got the message and like it said, the place was really clean. I would definitely recommend and might have to return at a later date.

We stayed here while kayaking to Burgess falls and Cummins State Park. It was the perfect location to enjoy downtown too.
