Nous sommes venus, à nouveau, passer 4 semaines au Sénégal dans cette villa calme et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire, bien qu’étant aux Etats-Unis, est facilement joignable et a répondu promptement à toutes nos questions. Le personnel, Mbissane et Fatou, sont sympathiques et toujours prêts à vous rendre service. Cette villa est l’endroit idéal pour venir se détendre en toute tranquilité et à l’abri des bruits discordants et des marchands ambulants de Saly. Nous avons profité de notre séjour à Ngaparou pour visiter la Lagune de Somone avec ses beaux oiseaux aquatiques, la rentrée des pêcheurs à Mbour, la réserve de Bandia, et l'Ile de Gorée. Bref, nous avons passé des moments agréables dans cette villa et la recommandons sans réserve.

Villa propre et bien entretenue Un grand merci a Mbissane le gardien et aussi a la bonne qui sont présents et tres attentifs pour vous permettre un agréable séjour dans cette villa équipée et au calme. La bonne maintient la maison dans un état impeccable et Mbissane veille sur la sécurité de la villa, et maintient la piscine claire et limpide. Nous comptons retourner au Senegal en 2016, et ce sera a coup sur dans cette villa, sans hésiter. Nous la recommandons sans problème.

Propriétaire très prévenant (bien qu'aux USA) et personnel agréable et efficace. La villa est de standing par rapport aux normes locales mais plusieurs points sont à revoir et à améliorer. Signalés au propriétaire, il doit faire des travaux en avril prochain. Pour autant le prix demandé est très abordable et c'est ce rapport final qu'il faut prendre en compte.

Nous sommes arrives de Paris vers 23h et malgré l heure tardive nous avons êtes accueillis par Mbissane qui fut très accueillant et prévenant . La villa est en tout point conforme au descriptif, très belle villa, bien entretenue, bien agencée et très confortable, tout étaient en état de fonctionnement. Quand au coupure de courant elles furent rares et bien compenses par le groupe. Sylvie nous a cuisiner de merveilleux plats sénégalais quand a Mbissane discret ,aimable, avenant et très pro, toujours disponible et d humeur égal,de plus serviable a tout heure.. en fait une perle. La villa est situe dans un quartier très calme car éloigné de la circulation mais très accessible, avec moultes restaurants et activités a proximité. La piscine est très bien entretenue par Mbissane et très fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire même habitant loin reste assez disponible et ouvert. Je recommande cette villa a mes amis sans problème et espère y retourner bientôt
