Der Vermieter wohnt im Urlaubsobjekt, spricht deutsch und hat das richtige Gefühl für Aufmerksamkeit, Zurückhaltung und Freundlichkeit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Strand, Altstadt, Geschäfte und Gaststätten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Abzug in punkto Ausstattung, es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr sein, aber das stört nicht wirklich.
