RENT AN APARTMENT WITH POOL AND BEACH VIEW!
A 130 m2 lonely apartment, quiet location with a big garden approx. 400m distance to the sea. The house is for private use in the greenery, fully fenced where you can enjoy full freedom and peace. Single storey house has: 4 bedrooms, out of which 2 are with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a kid’s room with bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilette, separate kitchen, a dining area with a large dining table. Living room with LCD-TV, SAT, CD, SD, USB radio... Bed linens and dish towels are inclusive. A big patio overlooking greenery and the nearby town Medulin. A pavilion with a stone barbecue, outdoor shower, trampoline for adults and kids, sun loungers, hammocks, bicycles and much more free to use! Parking space in garden. Beautiful beaches in close proximity - with the free choice of gravel, sand, rocky beaches reachable in few minutes.

Wir haben mit unserer Tochter (Baby, 6 Monate alt) und unseren beiden Hunden einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, deutlich besser, als man es von anderen Ferienhäusern kennt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gewaschen und vorbei gebracht. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit Magdalena war hervorragend!!
Normalerweise buchen wir nie zweimal die gleiche Unterkunft, aber in diesem Fall kommen wir definitiv wieder und werden es auch gerne weiterempfehlen! Tausend Dank!

Schönes gepfletes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit großen Garten und erfrischenden Pool. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

Die Villa ist ruhig und abgelegen mit einem großen Garten. Wir hatten einen erholsameb Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Magdalena war perfekt und reibungslos. Gerne reisen wir wieder in die Villa.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Wir durften alle Früchte, welche bei unserem Aufenthalt reif waren, pflücken!
Sehr gut für Kleinkinder geeignet, da das Haus ebenerdig ist.
