Enjoy your holiday in our lovingly modernized apartments central location at the village well and sit out on our terrace overlooking the Alps. Spa, swimming pool, train station and information can be reached on foot in few minutes. In the immediate vicinity are numerous shops, restaurants and easy access to the public transport network. Experience the unspoilt Bavaria in its best way with breathtaking nature, the mountains and lakes. Everything in the immediate vicinity.

Our four 45-90 square meter apartments were comfortable, individually furnished with attention to detail. They each have TV, cable TV, wireless, fully equipped kitchen (some with dishwasher) and bathroom. On the west side is a large furnished terrace is on which a grill.

Zentraler, unmittelbarer und schöner kann man in Ruhpolding nicht wohnen. Wir wurden von Frau Leingartner herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, groß und lässt an Ausstattung absolut nichts vermissen. Wir können eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen und würden uns jederzeit gern wieder dort einquartieren. Sehr grosse gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Schöne Küche und tolles Bad. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Die Vermieterin des Objektes ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, zentral gelegen (gegenüber Bäcker) und ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man fuer einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die liebevolle Einrichtung wird durch eine Terrasse mit Grill ergänzt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich persönlich um alles.

Wir habe in der Ferienwohnung ein par sehr schöne Tage mit unserer kleinen Tochter verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit dem nötigsten um zu kochen und auch das Bad ist sehr schön gemacht! (sieht man auf den Bildern) Wir bedanken uns insbesondere bei unserer sehr netten Vermieterin Sissi und kommen gern einmal wieder!

L'appartement est grand et confortable, et l'accueil est excellent. Notre hôtesse parle parfaitement anglais et quelques mots de français, ce qui est apprécié. Cependant, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes techniques (volets qui ne ferment pas...) et l’absence de lave-linge est gênante, d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de laverie en libre-service à Ruhpolding. Également, même si notre propriétaire n'y est pour rien, il faut prévoir en sus une taxe de séjour relativement élevée. Certes, pour ce prix, la piscine, les bus et le téléphérique sont "gratuits", mais comme il s'agit d'une taxe, nous n'avons pas eu le choix... Il aurait été bien de nous en informer avant la réservation.
