We will collect a $1,500 deposit.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The townhouse was just as listed. It was clean; very convenient to stores, restaurants, and entertainment; and a great community with friendly staff and service. Would definitely return for another stay

Very clean and very well done. All the furniture was nice and it was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and their were plenty of bath towels. We had 8 in our party and there was more than plenty of space for everyone. Splash pool was fun for the kids to play or adults to relax. Amenities at clubhouse were great and easy to access. Passing in/out security gate was easy as well. Only two minor things I would change - check-in is a a little bit more complicated than any other condo I’ve ever rented (not hard - just a few extra steps). Second - there was a large electric scooter (like people use at theme parks) parked right outside the front door when we arrived and it remained the entire stay. We didn’t know where it came from or who it belonged to or if we were liable for it. Also, not the most convienient place to leave a giant scooter if you are going in/out with groceries/luggage. But all said - beautiful property, would book again (minus the scooter).

Pros:
Lots of space for the 5 adults and 3 children (5, 6 and 12).
Beautiful and clean home.
Lazy river and pool area was great.
Many great things to do within a 15 minute drive.
Less than a 10 min walk to pool/lazy river.
Quiet, respectful neighbourhood.
Cons:
Rental BBQ was just an inexpensive one with uneven heat.
The upstairs bathtub has slow drainage so you stand in your shower water.
Does not come with some basics like salt/pepper, dish soap, coffee filters, etc.
