Charming and cozy single family beach vacation cottage from the 60's has an all-wood structure with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Nestled in the pines of Middlesex Beach you will enjoy the best of both worlds with a peaceful and quiet location and only a short 4 block stroll to the Atlantic Ocean and a beautiful very private beach! Some amenities include single level living, central AC, lengthy wrap around deck, full size washer/dryer, complete kitchen, ceiling fans in all rooms, 2 HDTVs, WiFi/internet, charcoal grill, smoker, oversized outdoor shower with changing stall. Relax and recharge in the inviting great room with a cathedral ceiling and skylights or the separate back room with lots of windows offering great views of the treetops perfect for winding down. Just the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and make special those special family vacation memories!

We have rented in Middlesex Beach before and this house did not disappoint. We love the layout/architecture of these midcentury homes, with all of their built-in sofas. It was great having two living rooms to hang out in. Short walk to the daily farmer's market up the quiet street. All in all, a very peaceful and private respite to come home to after a day on the sand.
