About this apartment rental
It is a closed residence popular with our holiday guests and buyers in a quiet south-facing location. A public beach with a snack bar is approx. 400 m away. Of particular note are the large, well-maintained and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 mx approx. 12 m, open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September), sun loungers and umbrellas and the tennis courts (each for a fee) The subtropical vegetation, the gigantic unobstructable lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large sunny balconies are beautiful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the closed facility. There is free guest parking outside the residence. Note: There are two main reasons for our high number of regular guests in this residence (quality and rental price): These are usually tastefully furnished private apartments. Since we already earned our agency commission when we sold every apartment, we can now offer you these apartments free of commission as a tenant. 3½-room maisonette apartment "B 402" with approx. 85 m² living space, up to 4 people + 1 child: 1.
