Overall, it was a decent place. However the king bed frame in the master bedroom was not very sturdy and falling apart. The mattress wasn't too comfy either. The location of the property was good if you like a lot of people walking by, fishing and riding their bikes. Easy access to splash pad. So nice that there were a lot of towels to use, and also a washer and dryer in the unit.
