About this house rental
Located on the edge and below the village of Belvédère (municipality of Belvédère-Campomoro), the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. 4 km from the 2 beautiful beaches of Campomoro and Portigliolo, the house offers absolute calm and offers its guests a panoramic view of the Valinco gulf.
Independent and surrounded by a garden with trees and flowers of 770 m2, the house is built of granite on two levels.
The upper level offers a living room of 40 m2 with American kitchen and granite fireplace. The upper level is extended by two bedrooms, a toilet and a shower room. The living room includes 3 French windows opening onto a 10 m2 balcony and onto a 35 m2 covered terrace. The whole forms a pleasant and spacious living space.
The lower level includes a bedroom with independent external access, a toilet and a shower room.
The master bedroom, the downstairs bedroom and the downstairs bathroom with panoramic bay window offer a panoramic view of the Valinco golf course.
Access to the house is via a small steep path. This house is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
It is possible to park about fifty meters from the house. However, in very high season, and especially during the month of August, the region is very touristy and it often happens that there are no more parking spaces right next to the house. It is then possible to park in the upper village of Belvédère, about 300 meters from the house.

Vue fantastique de la terrasse, qui est la pièce maitresse de la maison!! Calme absolu, plage de rêve très préservée à 5 min.. Acceuil très sympa, on recommande vivement !

Très bonne impression générale. La maison est spacieuse et pratique, la cabine de douche extérieure est très appréciable. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et l'accueil avec Olivier et Olivia simple et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation et la vue de la terrasse qui est magnifique. Merci.

Maison au confort et à la décoration rustiques.
Cependant l'emplacement au calme est un atout avec une belle vue sur le maquis et la mer ; on est loin de l'agitation des plages.

Situation parfaite mais accès difficile ( bien signalé )
Pas de liaison entre les deux niveaux par l'intérieur de la maison, WC et salle de bain du bas neufs mais accessibles uniquement par l'extérieur.( ce qui n'est pas signalé)
cuisine exiguë , gênant pour la capacité de cette location,
