35 km north of Kajaani, Lake Oulujärvi 50 m. No own shore, public shore 400 m. Location at the area of Paltamo Golf course. Putting green between the villa and the shore.
A two storey wooden house, built in 2010. Lowest floor: kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140cm wide), sauna (electric stove), bathroom with 2 showers, dressing room, toilet, terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with a bed (120 cm wide), loft with a sofa bed, toilet, balcony.

Kauniilla paikalla oleva loma-asunto. Avaimen haun kanssa oli ongelmaa, antoivat ensin väärän avaimen Paltamon Nesteeltä. Siistissä kunnossa oleva asunto. Keittiön pöydän tuolit ovat hajoamis pisteessä. Varustelutaso yleisesti hyvä. Mukava viikon loma!
