About this villa rental
Villa Unica is a special house that our guests usually fall in love with right from the start. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the well-kept outdoor facilities and tasteful, high-quality furnishings. The slightly Mediterranean flair and the very spacious, almost spacious interior design make it easy to feel at home straight away.
This continues on the terrace, which, facing south, offers a maximum of hours of sunshine all year round, but also has a very large, column-supported roofed area that provides sufficient shade for all residents.
The sun loungers invite you to relax, a large pool to cool off and the built-in screen window opens up a view of the oversized Eure Canal. The waterfront property is lined with specially planted palm trees and, unlike many other houses, the villa also offers a charcoal grill in addition to the usual gas grill.
Explanation of the offer price: The total price you see already includes cleaning and local taxes. Electricity is the only additional cost that will be deducted from the deposit after consumption at the end of your vacation.
DESCRIPTION
The house offers three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a full bathroom with toilet and shower. Two bedrooms have king beds and walk-in closets. These rooms are located in the main building with direct access to the living area.
Another room has 2 single beds and a bathroom. It can be reached via the enclosed courtyard and is therefore particularly quiet. All bedrooms are of course fully air-conditioned, have WiFi and TVs with Amazon TVSticks.
The spacious living-dining-kitchen area is open plan, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a walk-in closet. In the living room there are comfortable large sofas with reclining functions and a view of the 75 inch SmartTV. The dining area has a long dining table with a bench and 4 chairs. The entire facility is modern and of high quality, so that the guests lack nothing.
Double doors lead to the terrace with the pool or the peaceful inner courtyard, which is so unusual and seldom found in houses in Cape Coral. With a palm tree and fireplace, it gives the house a very special touch, but also serves as a retreat for reading, relaxing or for an hour of yoga.
The Villa Unica is rounded off by a large double garage with beach, fishing equipment and table tennis. As usual in Cape Coral, the garage has direct access to the main house. A washing machine and dryer are also available here. The entire house is of course equipped with free, fast WiFi.

Easily accessible, as you can get to the Veterans Memorial Parkway very quickly and the next cross street is Santa Barbara Boulevard, where various shops and a supermarket are available. Del Prado Boulevard with dining and shopping opportunities is just as close. The bridge on the way to Ft. Myers is only about 2 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Unica. the house had everything we needed. Location was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Quiet lovely area. The Housem managers were awsome to us.

We were looking for a house to lay low at for spring break and this met all our needs! The pool was perfect, house was very spacious, and it had many items that are often thrown away at the end of a stay (leftover coffee, flour, basic seasonings). We ventured to Sanibel Island for a day, went to a spring training baseball game, met some friends in Tampa, and enjoyed simple pool days at the house.

My family and I had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was very nice. We did encounter a few issues that I have not had at any other home rentals throughout the US and Canada. I have never been told that the BBQ has to be spotless. Here if they deemed the BBQ was not clean enough there was an extra cleaning charge. The add on HomeAway stated they had a heated pool. There is a pool heater, however, there is no pool cover. So the pool never got above 70deg. In my opinion, if the nights get below 60deg and you are advertising heated pool, you should have a pool cover to keep the heat in the pool overnight. You should also run the heater and pump at night so you are pushing warm water into the pool when the air temp is the coldest. The last issue that I have never encounter before was that the house did not supply enough essentials for the week stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There was no laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and there were 3 pods for the dish washer. At every other home we have rented all of those essential items were provided for our stay. Here, I was told we had to purchase our own. So I purchased the smallest containers that I could for laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, dish washer pods and left what we didn’t use for future guests. That was a first. There were also no extra garbage bags for the garbages in the kitchen.
We did have an amazing vacation. The home was in a great location. Grocery stores less than 10min away. And almost everything we did in Fort Myers was a 30min drive.
I just listed the issues above to help other travelers be aware so they are not surprised like we were when we had to purchase extra home essentials.
