We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Its location on Hickory Bay is wonderful for sitting on the lanai to enjoy the waterscapes or watch the boats travel by. Plus, it is very convenient for walking the short one mile to the beach for fun in the sun, walking the beach, and enjoying sunsets, food and drink. Also, conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, and tasty restaurants.The condo itself was very nice. It was both very clean and comfortable. During our stay, we had friends visit and it accommodated four adults very nicely. The condo was also nicely stocked for cooking and recreation.Our host was wonderful throughout the entire process of booking, answering questions, helping with the condo application and checking us in. During our stay, we had two maintenance-type issues come up, and the host was very, very responsive to rectifying the issues. Neither caused us any inconvenience, and we appreciated the host's responsiveness and attention to detail in getting things fixed. The condo building itself is well-maintained and has nice amenities. The people we met were also very friendly.We enjoyed our time spent at this property and would recommend it. Also, many thanks to our host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Views of the bay are beautiful and within walking distance to Barefoot and Bonita beaches, as well as several restaurants. Condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed/wanted. Mike and Linda are extremely responsive and great to deal with.
