*Master bedroom has a king-size bed, double sink spa shower, and walk-in closet. Two 65'' flat-screen TVs and a panoramic view from all windows to the bay.
*First guest room includes queen size bed and a flat-screen TV
*Second guest room includes queen size bed and a flat-screen TV.
*The playroom on the second floor has a pool table, and a 65” flat screen.
*The playroom area can be converted into a fourth bedroom with a queen-size Murphy bed.
*Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertop that sits up to 8. The kitchen’s open concept enables the cook in the family to easily mingle and remain part of the gathering.
*The adjacent dining room sits up to 4.
*The living room is great for entertaining and includes a 65” surround sound.
*Wi-Fi throughout the house.
*There are two spacious patios on the second and third floor; the perfect place to kick back and enjoy your morning coffee or a happy hour drink with friends and family.

This house is perfect for a large group. The location is fantastic, easy access to both sides of the keys, close to all sorts of dining, shopping. The house is practically brand new, spotlessly clean, with plenty of activities to keep you occupied if you wish to stay home based and lounge on the dock. I highly reccomend this house! Raphael is a gracious host who meets you personally when you arrive. My whole family is looking forward to doing this again next year.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The house was so beautiful, clean, and up to date. We had all of the amenities we needed. It came with kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, whirlpool, ping pong table, and corn hole. And the view!! The view of the canal and the ocean are amazing. Rafael was so amazing to deal with and we appreciate him so much for allowing us to stay in his beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

This home is beyond description and photos. It is immaculate and exceptional in regards to design, amenities, decor, location and VIEWS... From inside the home you see nothing but beautiful water views! It is in a peaceful, quiet location that is easily accessible. We were able to visit Miami Beach, Everglades National Park, Scuba dive Key Largo, deep sea fish in the Florida Bay, visit Tavenier, Islamorada, and Key West! It took only part of the day to visit most of the sites and we were easily able to balance our excursions and relaxing in this beautiful home. While in the home , we enjoyed the sunsets, the whirlpool, kayaking, grilling, and laying out on the roof top. We were a family of 4 with two teenagers. It was a larger home than we really needed, but we enjoyed every bit of it! We recommend this house for anyone... Thank you so much Rafael for being such a great host and for designing and building such a beautiful home.!!! Truly a Gem!!!
