It is located on the fourth top floor of a well-maintained apartment complex with its own swimming pool and is easily accessible by elevator from the underground car park.
The penthouse has a 38 sqm terrace to the west and a 24 sqm terrace to the east, both with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains as well as the lovingly designed and well-kept pool area ... a perfect domicile for wonderful holidays!
The location of the apartment is perfect both for a beach holiday and for many wonderful excursions in the area. You live in a quiet and well-kept residential area in a modern penthouse with its own pool and every comfort.
With just a few steps you are without slopes and stairs on the beach 100 m away, where you still meet the original Andalusia, with many locals and typical Spanish restaurants and bodegas.
Smaller purchases can also be done on foot. In about 80 m distance you will find two small Spanish supermarkets and several small shops. Larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona can be reached in about 5-8 minutes by car. The large Spanish supermarket Eroski is located in a modern shopping center, about 10 minutes away by car. On request, we also offer a shopping service for primary care.
Mezquitilla is a small coastal town directly by the sea and suitable for a wonderful holiday in every season. The long, palm-lined beach is never crowded even in summer, and with its colorful fishing boats always offers a picturesque backdrop for relaxing beach walks on the beautiful, long promenade.
In the vicinity there are several large sandy beaches, e.g. B. in the tourist centers of Torre del Mar and Nerja.
But you can also just drive along the coastal road and discover many small, natural bathing bays.
The apartment is very well equipped. There are books and games, travel guides and a folder with many great tips for trips and detailed instructions for all devices.
The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and extractor hood and a refrigerator with a 4-star freezer. Household items such as household rolls, washing-up liquid etc. are available.
The living area is very bright and spacious and very communicative thanks to the open kitchen. You can watch TV from all areas thanks to the 32-inch rotating TV.
The television offers all German programs, additionally with DVD, CD and music system. There is free wireless Internet access.
For additional comfort there is an air conditioning system for cooling and heating, and additionally or alternatively three portable radiators for cozy warmth on cool winter evenings.
The two double bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and German duvets are separated from each other by the hallway and the windows have external shutters for a restful sleep.
The bathroom is light and airy through the window. It is modern and comfortably furnished. Hair dryer, hand soap and toilet paper are always available.
The parking space in the underground garage and the elevator to the penthouse are also very convenient. You always have a cool car and shopping is easy to carry.
The two very beautiful, large terraces also convey a relaxed holiday atmosphere!
On the east terrace you can have breakfast in the sun with a view of the sea and the mountains.
On the west terrace you can enjoy the wide view over the apartment complex to the sea, and you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and you can have shade or sun through the large, flexible awnings, as you wish ...
In the evening you can watch the sunset from the terrace and let the day end gently, with a view over the lights of Mezquitilla and a good glass of Spanish red wine ... this is what a holiday should be like!

From the moment we entered this tastefully decorated 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with its two spacious verandas we felt at home. There is nothing missing what you need for a lengthy vacation stay . All appliances , i.e. dishwasher , washing machine , coffee maker etc. are in excellent working condition and all important household utensils can be found . Simply move in , unpack and get comfy in these great surroundings. A multitude of beaches and never ending promenades are awaiting you just a short 4-minute walk away. The host is easily accessible and the local hostess is extremely friendly and has plenty of good and helpful advice for you . Several historic places can be reached within a radius of less than one hour's drive . The beautiful "balcony of Europe" in Nerja is just 20 minutes away by a leisurely drive along the coast.
A vacation at the Costa Del Sol is always remarkable and our stay in Mezquitilla at this wonderful apartment certainly made it unforgettable.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Geli empfangen und die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ruhig und liegt strategisch gut (Nähe zu Malaga, Granada, Gibraltar etc.)

We were two weeks in second half of March with one week some lesser weather, The appartment is like in the advertisement and easy communication with owner. The front terrace is separated with a gate from central stair/elevator and you can lock it. Wifi worked very well and we could use our chromecast so watch Dutch tv and streaming channels like Netflix via our mobile. There are heaters in the house and this was necessary in March. Sometimes you can hear noise from other appartments (moving of chairs and smaller bedroom has kitchen of another apartment closeby) but not late in the evening. We aprked in the street which was fine. Beach nearby and two big supermarkets short car drive away. . They are both on the way to the highway so easy to do some shopping after you return from a day trip. We loved Malaga and found nice good restaurant in Torre del Mar ( Massai Mara) which we later discovered can be reached by going strait through at roundabout instead of going to highway. There are also two aircos in case of hot weather.
