About this house rental
Tastefully renovated (early 2018), bright and modern house on a 3000 m² natural site right on the lake. Two double beds, walk-in shower and a wood stove.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the large terrace on the lake side.
The house is located directly on a natural lake with its own bathing and boat dock.
Shops, a play area for children, petrol stations and ATMs are located 9 km away. The narrow-gauge railway, which takes you through nature to the sea in Västervik, also stops here.
Furthermore, you have the opportunity to ride a bicycle tram past lakes and forests to Målilla. On the route there is a small resting place for barbecues.
A trip to Vimmerby is highly recommended. There is the Asrid-Lindgren-Värld, which is worth seeing not only for the little ones. And in and around Vimmerby you can revive many of the author's stories. For example, you can visit Michel at the Katthult Hof in Lönneberga.
There is an elk park near Målilla where you can see the lovable Tolpatsche up close.
Other destinations are the nature reserves around the Kvilleken, the world's oldest oak, near Vimmerby. And the Kleva Cave, where you can not only explore countless underground passages, but also practice gold panning.
Not far away is the island of Öland near Kalmar, where the royal family's summer residence is located, the archipelago and the Kingdom of Crystal in Kosta Boda.
Or you can simply sail across the lake in a relaxed manner by canoe or motorboat.
The best way to enjoy a romantic sunset is in the hot tub.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit jedem erdenklichen Komfort. Besonders genossen haben wir den Wintergarten mit gigantischer Aussicht beim Frühstück oder Abendessen. Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber und einladend. Und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Sven war schon im Vorfeld per mail perfekt, man konnte alles fragen und hat sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Auch vor Ort war er jederzeit als Ansprechpartner mit Tipps verfügbar. Insgesamt kann ich das Ferienhaus ohne jegliche Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Schweden fahren, dann mit Sicherheit zu Sven! Wir haben uns bestens erholt.
