About this cottage rental
Enjoy beautiful views of Fernald's neck nature preserve and direct water access to Megunticook lake at this quiet 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lakefront cottage. Conveniently located in Camden just 5 minute drive to town and the coast of Maine. Enjoy swimming and fishing from private lakeside dock or hiking in the nearby trails in Camden Hills State Park. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. In addition there is a finished basement with a pull out couch and sitting area as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen if fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. WiFi and cable TV are included in the rental. On the patio there is a gas grill and picnic table for lakeside barbecues. STR License Number -00176.

The day after we arrived was super hot. The house does not have A/C system. The owner Tim bought a window A/C for us and installed it. Really like the views and the owner’s help. We appreciated all he did to us. Will recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a great time at Maine！！

This rental was perfect. It was extremely clean, and just a perfect cozy spot to spend a week in January. Being right on the lake, the view was perfect. Brought my dog and we enjoyed some great walks and hikes in the area as well -- Maidencliff trail and Camden Hills State Park are very close. Camden center was a 5 min drive, and is a charming little town that has everything you could need.This was a restorative winter getaway, and I would love to rent this house again-- any time of year!
