Cala Mendia: Very beautiful, cosy house "Cala Mendia Sea Views", 2 storeys. In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 30 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: property 400 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden and flowers. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, drying room. Stepped path to the house. Shop 200 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 500 m. Object suitable for 6 adults groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 65 km from the property. The house is located in a privileged environment. The house is divided into 4 levels and has stairs leading down to the sea. Der Strand Cala Mendia ist voller Steine, man müßte darauf hinweisen dass Badeschuhe mitzubringen sind. Auch Hinweis dass über den Hügel der Strand Cala Anguila sehr schön und ohne Steine ist. Der Name der am Eingang des Hauses steht ist nicht in den Unterlagen erwähnt. Es wäre gut wenn Hinweise vorliegen würden wie TV usw. bedient werden soll. Absolut top ist die schöne große Terasse, auch mit den neuen Möbeln.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die fehlende Absturzsicherung auf der Terrasse ist für kleine Kinder aber auch Erwachsene durchaus gefährlich.

Die Lage (Nähe zum Strand) und die Aussicht sind einmalig. Die Küche ist für Köche grösser 180cm nicht komfortabel.
