For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Single garage. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de Aro" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: motorway 400 m from the property.

La casa esta completa, tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutarla, pero la tv no funcionaba el TDT y los canales satelite solo funcionaba las cadenas francesas, alemanas,,,, españolas 2. hay zonas comunes que se compartia con otros inquilinos, cuando alquilamos la casa, entendiamos que todo las zonas exterior era exclusivamente para nuestro disfrute.

Maison spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements à disposition, piscine agréable, résidence au calme malgré le bruit de la circulation en contrebas. Terrain arboré bien entretenu. Serrures portail et portillon (HS) à réparer. Canapé abîmé. Ménage de la maison effectué mais pas impeccable.

louons cette maison depuis 2003. cette année pb de tout a l égout pdt 10 jours et canapés très dégradés.
