31 m² apartment, bright, friendly and quiet. Living room with new rattan furniture. Double bed, desk, dining table, flat-screen TV with cable TV, WiFi. Kitchenette fully equipped with an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Dishes, kitchen towels, bed linen and towels included. Small anteroom and cloakroom. Bathroom with newly enamelled bathtub and integrated shower, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror. A garage space can be rented if required. Approximately 40m² roof garden for single use with garden furniture. Here you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing or have a glass of wine and review the day. Tanning salon in the house. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket, bakery, bipa, pharmacy and restaurants. You can safely leave your car in the garage and comfortably take the tram to the Schottentor (Votivkirche) in just 12 minutes and from there explore the city center, visit the Christmas market at the town hall, or change to the underground in the direction of the Opera or the Prater. By car you are quickly on the Höhenstraße and can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The General Hospital, General Hospital can be reached in 10 minutes

Eine schöne und wirklich komplett ausgestattete Wohnung in relativ zentraler Lage und mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV, dabei sehr angenehm ruhig!
Die Aufnahme durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gefreut haben wir uns auch über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Waffeln, Marmelade), die dort für uns bereit lagen. Für mich persönlich das 'highlight' ist die fast gartengroße (ca. 25 m²) Terasse gewesen, auf der man auch an den teilweise sehr heißen Tagen angenehm sitzen und entspannen konnte.
Das nächste Mal gerne wieder, vielen Dank den Gastgebern!
