This attractive 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house in a quiet south-facing position approx. 1 km above Cannero and the beautiful lakeside promenade with cozy cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. Cannero can be reached by car in about 3 minutes, on foot you need along a shorter footpath also barely 10 minutes. The beautiful public bathing beach of Cannero is about 2 km away. Overall, the cozy and tastefully furnished apartment has a living area of approx. 30 m² as well as a wonderful sunny outside area consisting of a terrace, a garden and a liberation with each gigantic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. If you do not want to lose contact with the rest of the world during your holiday, then you have free wireless Internet access. You can park your car either within the property (entrance width 2.30 m) or also free of charge in about 100 m distance. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et serviables. Nous étions très à l'aise et avons profité de la belle cuisine et de la superbe pergola avec vue sur le lac. Seuls b-mols: les moustiques difficiles à éviter/chasser et le divan lit. Merci encore !

Toller Seeblick, hübsch renoviertes Studio, Pergola unten offen (davor ist das Dach der Gartenhütte des Besitzers) und daher nicht sicher für Hunde und Kleinkinder, Terrasse vor Haus ist ein Durchgangsweg und daher offen nach beiden Seiten, das (eingezäunte) "Gärtchen" unter der Pergola, das laut Anzeige genutzt werden darf, gehört dem Besitzer, der darin seine Kaninchen hält. Daher steht es Feriengästen nicht zur Verfügung. Parken ist super (auf ebenem Rasengrundstück), Weg vom Ort ca. 1 km auf steiler, schmaler, kurviger Straße, alle Geschäfte unten im Ort. Tipp: Halten Sie Telefonate und Videokonferenzen, die länger als 15 Minuten dauern, in der geschlossenen Wohnung oder woanders ab, wenn Sie keine längere Standpauke vom dt. Nachbarn nebenan riskieren wollen, da seine Pergola nur 4 m weiter weg liegt und es außer dem Laub der Kletterpflanze keinen Sichtschutz gibt! Und checken Sie NACH der Buchung ohne Kautionsgebühr die Rechnung von Lago-Reisen - in meiner Rechnung wurde versucht, € 200 Kaution zu kassieren, nachdem ich ohne Kaution gebucht hatte.
