About this apartment rental
The house Wikinghoog is located in a cul-de-sac in the north of Kampen, it is only a few steps to the Wadden Sea with its beautiful walking and cycling paths. To the west beach you walk about 10 minutes on a dune path or ride a bike. Then you have reached the beach at Kaamps 7 (formerly Grande Plage), a restaurant and bistro directly above the beach with a view of the sea and the dunes.
Golfers can reach the Wenningstedt golf course in 5 minutes. by car!
Haus Wikinghoog is a typical Frisian house with a thatched roof. The part of the house has a large terrace with a view of the cross-brand fire (old Kampen lighthouse) and the Wadden Sea. In clear weather you can look up to Lister Hafen. We also have a wind-protected sunbathing area with a beach chair.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room (1 sofa, 2 armchairs, new closets) with a small, open kitchen. The new living room table can be adjusted in size and height so that you can eat comfortably on it.
The redesigned kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and a small extra oven. Coffee machine, Senseo and Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster are of course also available.
On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a newly designed shower room.
In the basement is another bedroom with two beds (120cm x 200cm and 100cm x 190cm) and another shower room. A hairdryer is available in both bathrooms.
We can also offer a baby travel cot (60x120 cm), stair guards and a high chair.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV (with digital TV and recording function), a DVD player and a stereo. There is a radio in both bedrooms.
Of course, free WiFi is available in the apartment!
Telephone connection with 2. Apparatus in the bedroom, calls to German landlines are free!

Wir waren von dem Objekt und der Ausstattung begeistert. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Das Haus liegt ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Für uns als Hundehalter war die Lage ideal, da man ab der Haustür tolle lange Spaziergänge machen konnte. Eine schöne ruhige Lage. Der kleine Garten mit dem Strandkorb war herrlich um Abends noch schön den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sylt und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder☀️❤️

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage nur 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt! Insgesamt schöne Wohnung, das Schlafzimmer im Keller sehr dunkel leider und die Treppe laut beim Begehen. Küche komplett mit allem was man braucht !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben; die Sauberkeit tadellos. Die Lage ist top, sehr gut sind auch der Außenbereich mit schönem Strandkorb und die Parkplatzsituation. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war prima. Nochmals vielen Dank für die nette Willkommensüberraschung!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Frühlingstage im Haus Wikinghoog. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, liebevoll eingerichtet und der Garten mit Sonnenkuhle bietet auch bei Wind ein schönes Sonnenplätzchen. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Direkt an die Wohnanlage grenzt außerdem ein Wanderweg am Watt entlang - herrlich für Hundespaziergänge. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist extrem gut ausgestattet: Geschirr, Gläser, Senseomaschine, Bügelbrett und sogar eine Wärmflasche- es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
