Terrace) "Riga" will be finished in the spring of 2018 and leaves hardly any holiday wishes open. The apartment "Riga" is located in the easily accessible ground floor (barrier-free and wheelchair accessible) of an 8-party complex with a modern kitchen, dining and living area, modern and stylish. The high-quality fitted kitchen has a stove with 4-plate ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. The kitchen is generously equipped with dishes, cutlery, etc. The dining area has a large dining table and 4 comfortable armchairs, a highchair is also available. The comfortable corner sofa with armchair and couch table offers enough space for 4 people. A TV, a radio with CD and a DVD player are of course available. For the little ones are toys (Lego, puzzle). Through the living room you reach the south-west facing terrace with adjacent communal garden. The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 multiposition chairs, 2 relax chairs, 1 stool as well as an electric grill and a parasol and invites you to linger and enjoy. Furthermore the apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds and 2 wardrobes. There is also a TV in each bedroom.
