About this house rental
Vamo Villa, 1739 Joyce St, is a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath home, with beautiful, original terrazzo floors. It has just been refreshed with butcher block counters, new sink and paint. It is decorated in a vintage "Old Florida" theme. There is a covered carport for parking. There are queen beds in both bedrooms. We have several other properties in the Nokomis area. Please inquire if interested.

It has been remodeled with modern tile, updated kitchen counters, appliances, full size built in refrigerator, and washer, dryer. The home has central AC and come with all utensils including pots, pans, dishes, towels, wifi and flat screen /tv’s. A private fishing charter or eco-tour can be included for an extra fee with Sarasota Outfitters/Captain Action Charters for those who really want the ultimate fishing or boating experience!
Location, Location, Location! The home is located "West of Trail" and 1 mile from Westfield Mall with 140 stores and numerous restaurants, movie theaters and shops. Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses In Sarasota! The Legacy Trail is in very close proximity and offers more than 10 miles of scenic biking trails. The YMCA is nearby with exercise equipment, Olympic size pools, saunas, whirlpools, tennis courts etc. They offer daily and weekly memberships. It is a quick 5-mile drive to "The 2nd Best Beach in the world" Siesta Key and Gulfgate with great shopping and restaurants. The house was as listed on VRBO. It is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the owner and property manager were very good. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again in the future.

The property was very well maintained and convenient to everything we needed. We could see that some work is still being done, particularly on the exterior but that didn't hamper our visit.

This was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Location is good because it’s fairly close to Siesta Beach and Venice beach. Nice to walk around this area. There could be some small cosmetic improvements but overall it was clean and well supplied. We plan on staying there again.

The property was ideal for our purposes: convenient to shopping, friends and relatives and other frequently visited locations such as the YMCA. The neighborhood, generally, is comforting in the sense of security, among law-abiding citizens, who appear to care for their property. The house is plain, spacious, convenient and easy to maintain. Any "glitches" that may be visible are negligible. We would consider occupying the property again if we intend to return to the Sarasota area.
