About this house rental
The holiday home, finished in 2017, is characterized by its unique location directly on the Baltic Sea as well as by the high quality furnishing of the entire property. This house was built on the 2. 050 square meter water plot. Surrounded by water, this Feriendomizil is located on the tip of the Nordmole in the eastern seaside town of Olpenitz and offers an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the mouth. Here, privacy is important, because our electric roller shutter allows our guests to reach the unobstructable property and leave the everyday life behind. Even in the entrance area, you will capture the special flair of this holiday home, because it is equipped with many maritime details very high quality.
The kitchen is attached to a utility room with additional fridge and freezer, a washing machine and various storage cabinets. When cooking, look directly at the free Baltic Sea, chat with friends at the bar or open the large sliding doors to the terrace and hear the sound of the Baltic Sea. Here cooking is pure relaxation and experience alike.
The tasteful dining area with a large dining table is directly connected to the kitchen. Here, 8 people can comfortably sit and all can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea through the huge panorama window. The heart of the ground floor is the large living area with an open fire place and a large leather seating group, which also offers every guest the view of the Baltic Sea. The large sliding doors can also be opened here and give the view of the harbor entrance and access to the large terrace free. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Over the entire width of the ground floor opens a terrace with a large lawn, bordering the Baltic Sea. The terrace is equipped on each side with a large table and comfortable seating. Enjoy the sun at breakfast, enjoy the sound of the sea listening to the coffee and enjoy the sundowner in one of the two beach baskets.
A radiant heater and a barbecue are also available to our guests. The terrace is partially covered and illuminated by light tapes in the canopy in the evening particularly nicely.
A large staircase leads to our guests in the upper floor, which has an atrium, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms enough space for 8 people. The master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, safe, TV and high-quality boxspring bed has a separate access to the bathroom with a ground-floor shower, Finnish sauna with sea view, washing table and WC.
The three other bedrooms also have large boxspring beds, TV, built-in wardrobes and a great sea view, which allows our guests in the morning to linger a while longer in bed. The 4. Bedroom also has access to the large roof terrace. Another bathroom is also equipped with a large washing table, a large, large shower and WC.
Another advantage of the house is the covered double carport, from where you can get to the entrance of the house.
Our guests also have 5 high quality bikes (1 women's bike, 1 men's bike, three children's bicycles) and a scooter for children. The entire house has underfloor heating and can be completely darkened with electric outdoor blinds.

Bilder in Portalen kennen wir ja alle, und die Fotografen sind wahre Profis. Hier aber spiegeln die Bilder noch nicht mal die Realität wieder. Es ist viel schöner! ein wahnsinniger Blick aus allen Räumen auf die Ostsee. Keine Nachbarn in Blick und Hörweite. Schlafen mit dem Meer und dem Mond. Einmalig. Auch der Service knn nicht besser sein. Thx.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie 5 Tage in diesem Traumhaus. Es war einfach nur fantastisch. Das Haus ist mit Liebe der Besitzer eingerichtet worden und ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Wenn man durch das Feriengebiet gefahren ist kommt man am Ende an einem Traumgrundstück an. Meer soweit das Auge reicht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hoffen irgendwann wieder kommen zu können.
Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war großartig. Absolute Empfehlung!
